Service Entrance Area where you should be greeted by
one of our Greeters. |

You will be lead to
your appropriate Service Advisor who scheduled your
appointment. |

Your Service Advisor
will check in your vehicle and do a Complete Walk
Around prior to leaving your vehicle and request an
authorization to perform work or the appropriate
instructions you desire prior to doing any work. |

We also offer a
limited or open dollar amount regards to the repair
of your vehicle but this only occurs with your
authorization prior to leaving your vehicle. This
could assist in some delay we may experience due to
our inability to connect with you our customer
awaiting a response or approval for work to begin. |

We will not do any
Customer Pay work without your approval. |
 |
In the event you elect
to execute a Night Drop Off, please leave detail
instructions and information on the envelope we
provide. |
